According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Israeli occupation forces launched intensive raids on Lebanese towns and areas just hours before the ceasefire agreement. The raids included Israel's most intense round of bombings in Beirut since the conflict began. The ceasefire was officially announced at 4 a.m. on Wednesday following these aggressive military actions. Local authorities reported that the strikes nationwide claimed the lives of at least 42 individuals.
