Jewish-American surgeon says Israeli snipers deliberately kill Palestinian children in Gaza

RAMALLAH: A Jewish-American surgeon who volunteered in Gaza accuses Israeli snipers of deliberately targeting and killing Palestinian children with dead-centre shots. Perlmutter said that what he witnessed in Gaza during his first week exceeded all the tragedies he had seen in his professional career. 'All the disasters I saw combined over the course of 40 field trips, including natural disasters and the World Trade Center bombing, do not equal the level of carnage against civilians I saw in just my first week in Gaza,' Perlmutter said. He added that most of the victims he saw were children, stressing, "I have never seen anything like this before. I saw children burned and torn apart beyond anything I have ever seen in my life."
