Gaza: Israeli soldiers shortly before midnight assaulted a group of young Palestinian men at the Beit Iksa checkpoint, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, according to local sources.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency €“ WAFA,Local sources reported that Israeli forces assaulted several young men at the checkpoint, subsequently blocking one of them from entering the village without providing any justification.
The incident comes amid tightened Israeli restrictions at checkpoints and entrances to villages and towns, particularly around occupied Jerusalem and across the West Bank.
