Jerusalem:The Israeli government has denied entry to the Central Elections Commission (CEC) into the Gaza Strip and Jerusalem, according to a Palestinian official source.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the denial prevents the CEC from overseeing preparations for the legislative elections scheduled for November 28.
The Palestinian official emphasized that this move by the Israeli government obstructs the CEC's ability to carry out necessary election-related activities in these regions.
