Israeli forces uproot, raze approximately 20 dunums of land northwest of Jenin

JENIN: The Israeli occupation forces razed large-tract of lands in the town of Barta’a, northwest of Jenin.

The mayor of Barta’a, Ghassan Qabha, said that the occupation bulldozers uprooted and bulldozed approximately 20 dunums of citizens’ lands, in the area adjacent to the separation wall.

With the escalation of the occupation and colonists attacks, the Ministry of Agriculture expects that farmers will not be able to reach 80,000 dunums of the area planted with olives, which may result in the loss of about 15% of production.
