Israeli Forces Set Up Iron Gate at Entrance to Jerusalem-Area Town

Jerusalem: Israeli occupation forces installed a new iron gate on Sunday at the entrance to the town of Hizma, northeast of Jerusalem.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the occupation forces, accompanied by technical crews, installed an iron gate at the main entrance leading to the town of Hizma in both directions. This move is part of a policy aimed at restricting the movement and freedom of movement of Palestinians.

The newly installed gate adds to another that was erected years ago at the southern entrance to the town, known as the “Tablas” entrance. The installation of these gates is seen as a measure to control and limit the access of Palestinians to and from the town, affecting daily activities and mobility.
