Israeli Forces Seize Three Homes in Al-Bireh City

Al-bireh city: Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday evening seized three homes in the Sateh Marhaba neighborhood of Al-Bireh City, according to local sources. A convoy of Israeli army vehicles stormed the neighborhood, where soldiers ordered three families to leave their homes before taking them over and turning them into outposts.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the occupation forces also stormed the neighboring Umm Al-Sharayet neighborhood, blocked the main road, and disrupted the movement of Palestinian vehicles while conducting search operations. Earlier in the day, the forces entered the Qalandiya refugee camp and the town of Kafr Aqab, north of occupied Jerusalem, imposing a curfew and stationing snipers on rooftops of residential buildings.

The soldiers closed major roads and prevented dawn prayers at all mosques, sending text messages to residents announcing the start of a large-scale military campaign. Troops also raided the headquarters of the camp's Popular Committee.

The occupation forces frequently conduct raids on Palestinian houses across the West Bank, often triggering clashes with residents. These operations are carried out without search warrants, in line with the military's extensive powers. Under Israeli military law, commanders have full authority over 3 million Palestinians in the West Bank, leaving them with no input in how this authority is wielded.
