Jerusalem: Israeli occupation forces stormed the al-Ma’dhoun neighborhood in occupied East Jerusalem on Tuesday morning and closed Airport Road.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the Jerusalem Governorate reported that several Israeli military vehicles blocked Airport Road, creating obstacles for residents, students, and teachers. This action was part of a broader operation as Israeli forces raided the al-Ma’dhoun neighborhood.
The Governorate also noted that the atmosphere in the area was tense following the raid and road closure. These events occurred amid ongoing Israeli restrictions on Palestinian residents, adding to the challenges faced by the local community.
