Jerusalem: Israeli occupying forces on Wednesday evening shot and seriously injured a Palestinian in al-Ram town, north of the occupied West Bank city of Jerusalem, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS).
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, PRCS reported that its crews provided first aid treatment to a man who sustained a live gunshot injury in the thigh after being shot by the occupation forces in the town.
The Health Ministry confirmed that the man was admitted to a Ramallah hospital in serious condition.
The incident occurred as the occupation forces chased several Palestinian workers near the section of Israel’s apartheid wall and opened fire on them, which resulted in the serious injury.
