Israeli Forces Level Land and Uproot Olive Trees Near Beita

Nablus: Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday evening leveled Palestinian-owned land and uprooted several olive trees west of the town of Beita, south of Nablus, according to Palestinian security and local sources.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the sources reported that Israeli forces, accompanied by a military bulldozer, raided the Bir Qouza Plain area west of the town and began extensive land-leveling, uprooting a number of olive trees.

The sources further stated that Israeli forces established a military checkpoint west of the town, where they stopped and searched pedestrians and vehicles. During the operation, a Palestinian was detained, though their identity has not yet been disclosed.
