Bethlehem: Israeli forces issued demolition orders on Monday against several facilities in the village of Al-Khas, east of Bethlehem. The orders target a wedding hall, a park, and a wooden shack.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Nidal Hazeibi, a local resident, informed that Israeli soldiers notified him about the demolition of a wedding hall and park. These structures, built on an area of four dunums and licensed by the Ministry of Local Government, were ordered to be demolished under the pretext of building without a permit. Hazeibi was given seven days to comply with the order.
The demolition order also includes a wooden shack in the same area, owned by Raed Nawaj'ah. Additionally, earlier on Monday, Israeli forces issued stop-work orders for four houses in the village of Al-Asakrah, also located east of Bethlehem. These orders were issued to properties belonging to Fadl and Hamza Saud Asakrah, and Ahmed and Muhammad Saeed Asakrah, also under the pretext of lacking permits.
