Gaza: Israeli occupation bulldozers have commenced the construction of a colonial road on Palestinian-owned land in the village of Battir, located west of Bethlehem. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the road construction is part of a broader pattern of colonial expansion in the area, posing a threat to additional agricultural properties and increasingly restricting Palestinian landowners' access to their fields. The western zones of Bethlehem governorate, especially around the villages of Battir, Al-Walaja, and Beit Jala, have experienced heightened colonial activities. These actions include the establishment of new outposts and the development of bypass roads designed to connect these outposts to existing Israeli colonies.
