Al-mughayyir: Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday attacked mourners attending the funeral of two Palestinians in the village of Al-Mughayyir, east of Ramallah.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, stun grenades, and tear gas at the funeral procession of the child Aws Hamdi Al-Nassan, 14, and the young man Jihad Marzouk Abu Na'im, 32, who were killed during an attack by colonists on a boys school in the village on Tuesday.
Local sources reported that the bodies of the two will be laid to rest in the village cemetery following funeral prayers at the local mosque.
According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Israeli forces and colonists carried out 1,819 attacks during March. The commission stated that 1,322 were carried out by Israeli forces, while colonists were responsible for 497 attacks. It noted that these attacks were concentrated mainly in Hebron with 321 incidents, Nablus with 315, Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate with 292, and Jerusalem with 203, indicating a systematic pattern of targeting these areas.
