Tulkarem:Israeli forces on Tuesday evicted two Palestinian families from their homes in the town of Far'un, located south of Tulkarem. The houses were subsequently converted into military outposts as Israeli forces also conducted operations in the nearby southern suburb of Irtah.
According to Palestine news & Information Agency – WAFA – English, the Israeli forces targeted the homes of Abdul Fattah Hussein Awad and his son, Sameh, in Far'un. Both men and their families were compelled to evacuate, with a directive stating they could not return until Wednesday morning, as the homes were being used as military barracks.
The local sources indicated a heavy presence of Israeli forces throughout the town, especially near the separation and annexation wall, among residential areas, and close to the girls' school.
In Irtah, Israeli forces patrolled the streets and took up positions on Old Mosque Street, where they reportedly threatened residents with their weapons and restricted access to areas where Israeli forces were positioned.
