Israeli Forces Detain Two Palestinians and Assault Others in Hebron

Hebron: Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday detained two Palestinians and assaulted others in the southern occupied West Bank city of Hebron, according to local sources. They reported that soldiers entered a factory owned by the al-Jamal family in the southern part of the city, detaining a family member and his nephew, and assaulting several workers inside, causing cuts and bruises.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) evacuated four injured individuals to a hospital. The occupation forces conduct raids on Palestinian homes almost daily across the West Bank, claiming to search for 'wanted' Palestinians, often leading to clashes with residents.

These raids occur without search warrants, as the military exercises broad arbitrary powers. Israeli military law grants army commanders complete executive, legislative, and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians in the West Bank, with Palestinians having no input in the exercise of this authority.
