Jerusalem: Israeli forces detained on Thursday two Palestinian children from the town of Issawiya, east of occupied Jerusalem, according to local sources. They said that Israeli troops arrested the two children, Muhammad Abu Asab and Ahmad Abed, after raiding their families’ homes.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, Israeli forces completely shut down the Beit Iksa military checkpoint, northwest of Jerusalem, preventing residents from entering or leaving the village. The closure led to a severe traffic jam.
