Bethlehem: Israeli occupation forces detained two brothers, one of them a child, from the village of Al-Rashaida, east of Bethlehem, on Sunday, while Israeli colonists cut down trees and damaged agricultural property in the Khalayel Al-Louz area east of the city. According to Palestine News and Information Agency, Palestinian security sources reported that Israeli forces detained 16-year-old Adel Hayel Faleh Rashaida and his 20-year-old brother, Ahmad, from their home in Al-Rashaida. The forces also conducted raids in the village of Al-Shawawra and the towns of Za'tara, Al-Khader, and Beit Sahour, though no further detentions were reported. Meanwhile, colonists attacked the Khalayel Al-Louz area, causing damage to irrigation pipes used for watering crops and cutting down several trees. Additional damage was inflicted on Palestinian property and agricultural land in the vicinity.
