Israeli Forces Detain Over 15 Palestinians in West Bank Raids.

Ramallah: Israeli occupation forces have detained at least 15 Palestinians from different parts of the West Bank, including former prisoners, during a series of overnight raids. This information comes from the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society and the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the detentions were carried out across several governorates, including Hebron, Tulkarm, Jenin, Qalqilya, Bethlehem, and Nablus. The two organizations released a joint statement indicating that these detentions are part of Israel’s ongoing campaign of widespread detentions across the West Bank.

In addition to the detentions, Israeli forces reportedly subjected the detainees and their families to threats, physical abuse, and property destruction during the raids. The recent detentions have increased the total number of Palestinians detained since the beginning of the ongoing Israeli aggression to over 11,700, including those arrested from both the West Bank
and Jerusalem. These figures reflect the growing scale of Israel’s mass detention policy, which has intensified dramatically since October 7, 2024.
