Israeli forces detained on Friday at least six Palestinians and assaulted others during military raids into several West Bank areas.
In the Hebron district, Israeli forces detained several Palestinians and assaulted others. According to security sources, Israeli forces stormed the town of Beit Awwa in Hebron and detained a Palestinian youth after raiding and searching his family’s home and shops, where they wreaked havoc and caused severe destruction.
Forces detained another Palestinian at a military checkpoint near the village of Khursa in southern Hebron.
Israeli forces also briefly detained and beat up several Palestinian residents in the town of Bani Na’im to the east.
In Nablus, forces detained two Palestinians after raiding several houses in the city.
A Palestinian was also detained in the Ezbet al-Jarad area in Tulkarem. According to local sources, forces detained a Palestinian youth following a military raid into his family home in the Ezbet al-Jarad area. Forces raided and searched the house,
stole cellphones and a sum of money and assaulted the parents before detaining their son.
Forces also raided, searched and vandalized a farm owned by a resident in the town of Bal’a east of Tulkarem.
A fourteen-year-old teenager was also detained by the Israeli army in the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem.
