Israeli Forces Demolish House Near Ramallah


Ramallah: An Israeli occupation army force, accompanied by two bulldozers, stormed the village of Deir Ibzi’, west of Ramallah, on Tuesday morning and demolished a two-story house under the pretext that it was built without a permit. The targeted house is owned by local resident Ihab Al-Sa’afin, with 16 people residing in it. The house covers an area of 200 square meters.



According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, local sources reported that 10 military vehicles entered the village, accompanied by two bulldozers, and began the demolition. The report from the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission indicated that the occupation authorities conducted 76 demolition operations last month. These actions affected 126 facilities, including 74 inhabited homes, 4 uninhabited ones, and 29 agricultural and other facilities. The demolitions were primarily concentrated in the Jenin governorate with 47 facilities, followed by the Jerusalem governorate with 14 facilities, Qalqilya with 11, and Bethlehem and Nablus with 10 facilities each.
