Jenin: Israeli occupation forces shut down on Thursday evening the al-Badia roundabout east of Jenin. Local sources reported that Israeli forces closed the roundabout and set up a flying military checkpoint, restricting the movement of Palestinian residents.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Israeli forces also carried out measurements in the al-Badia roundabout area and the al-Bustan roundabout near the Jalameh checkpoint. This activity is linked to the re-establishment of settlements in the former sites of 'Kedim' and 'Ganim,' which were evacuated in 2005. These sites are located near the road connecting the Jalameh checkpoint with the surrounding areas east of Jenin.
