Gaza: A Palestinian was killed on Thursday in an Israeli strike targeting the al-Amal neighborhood west of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip. Medical sources reported that the Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis received one Palestinian killed and several others injured following the incident. The strike targeted a motorcycle carrying two individuals near the Palestinian Red Crescent Society building in the al-Amal neighborhood.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the recent attack adds to the escalating toll since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025. The number of Palestinians killed by Israeli attacks has now reached 1,260, with 4,154 individuals injured. Additionally, the number of bodies recovered has reached 808, highlighting the ongoing impact of the conflict in the region.
