Israeli Colonists Release Cattle on Palestinian Farmlands in Jordan Valley.

Amman: Israeli colonists unleashed dozens of cattle onto Palestinian lands in Khallet Hamad in Hamma in the northern Jordan Valley on Thursday. Local sources reported that approximately four Israeli colonists directed a herd of cows from distant areas onto the Palestinian lands near the tents of citizens residing in the area.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, a truck belonging to the colonists delivered equipment intended for the construction of a residential pergola, raising concerns among local citizens that the colonists may soon establish pens for the cattle. The presence of a colonial outpost, established in the summer of 2016 in Khallet Hamad, has already led to the closure of pastures to Palestinian citizens.

The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission has indicated that there are nine colonies in Tubas and the northern Jordan Valley, with an additional seven located on the mountaintops.
