Bardala: Israeli colonists placed caravans on citizens’ lands west of the village of Bardala in the northern Jordan Valley.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, local sources reported that a group of Israeli colonists bulldozed land west of Bardala and placed caravans over the past two days. This action has raised fears among locals that the area could be turned into a colonial outpost in the future.
The sources further indicated that the caravans were positioned hundreds of meters away from a pastoral colonial outpost that the colonists had established about a month ago. This development is part of a broader pattern of land appropriation in the region.
The area has been witnessing a continuous presence of colonists, who are reportedly protected by the occupation army. In recent days, intense confrontations have erupted between the colonists and local residents. The tensions have escalated as residents attempted to prevent attacks on their property and the theft of their livestock, highlighting the ongoing conflict in the region.
