Burqa: A foreign activist and several Palestinians were injured on Saturday evening after Israeli colonists, under the protection of Israeli forces, assaulted Palestinians in Khirbet Khallet al-Hummus, southeast of Yatta, south of Hebron.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency, anti-settlement activist Osama Makhamreh reported that armed colonists from the illegal Susya colony, built on Palestinian land in Masafer Yatta, attacked Palestinians in the area. The colonists beat the Palestinians, resulting in injuries and bruises. Additionally, a foreign activist suffered breathing difficulties after a colonist sprayed pepper spray in his face. The injuries were treated at the scene.
In a separate incident, colonists abducted a foreign activist from the village of Umm al-Khair in Masafer Yatta and transported him to an outpost established on Palestinian land in the village. Following the abduction, Israeli police detained the activist and took him to an undisclosed location.
