Israeli Colonists and Forces Block Olive Harvest in Salfit

Salfit:Israeli colonists and occupation forces have been preventing Palestinian farmers from reaching their agricultural lands to harvest olives in various towns and villages within the Salfit governorate in the central West Bank.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency, since this morning, these actions have disrupted the olive-picking season, with farmers particularly affected in the western area of Deir Istiya town. Additionally, farmers in the towns of Farkha and Haris have been forced to leave their lands.

The report further highlights that Israeli forces detained three farmers from Haris while they were picking olives near the main road. These incidents are part of a broader pattern of escalating violations by Israeli colonists against Palestinian farmers during the olive harvest season.
