West bank: Israeli colonists, supported by Israeli forces, reportedly carried out attacks in multiple areas of the southern occupied West Bank. These incidents included an assault on a family home in Masafer Yatta, which resulted in the detention of a resident, and the killing of livestock in the village of Kisan, east of Bethlehem.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli colonists were allegedly responsible for the death of five sheep belonging to a Palestinian resident in Kisan. A local source indicated that the colonists sprayed toxic pesticides on lands in the northern part of the village. This contamination is believed to have led to the sheep's death after grazing on the affected grass and vegetation. The incident was inspected and confirmed by authorities.
Meanwhile, a Palestinian resident was detained by Israeli forces following an attack by colonists on his family's home in Masafer Yatta. Local sources reported that the colonists assaulted the residence and targeted residents and foreign activists present in the area. Israeli forces arrived subsequently to safeguard the colonists and detained a resident in connection with the incident.
Additionally, colonists reportedly prevented farmers and landowners from accessing and plowing their lands in the Wadi Ejheish area, which appears to be an attempt to seize control of the land.
