Israeli Army Issues Demolition Notices Against Ten Families South Nablus.

NABLUS: Israeli occupation forces have notified ten families in Khirbet al-Tawil, south of Nablus, of the impending demolition of their homes and sheep barns scheduled for the coming week. The notification has raised concerns among the affected families and local activists, as it was delivered without official documentation, potentially hindering any legal recourse.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, Yousef Diriya, an activist involved in resisting settlement activities in Aqraba, reported that the Israeli forces entered the village and informed the families of their plans to carry out the demolitions next week. The absence of formal written notices means the families are unable to lodge objections in the occupation courts, a situation that activists and residents view as a significant barrier to justice.

The notification has intensified tensions in the region, with local communities expressing fears about the lack of legal protection and the potential loss of homes and livelihoods.
The incident is part of a broader pattern of demolition activities in the area, which have been a point of contention and protest among Palestinian residents and activists.
