BEIRUT: The Israeli occupation military launched a series of airstrikes on multiple towns in southern Lebanon late last night and into the morning of Sunday.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, Israeli warplanes targeted the town of Zawtar al-Sharqiya in the Nabatieh district with airstrikes conducted in two waves. Just before midnight, the towns of Kafr Fila in the Tuffah region, along with the outskirts of Insar village in the Nabatieh district, and the towns of Hanin and Shaqra in the Bint Jbeil district were also struck by air raids from Israeli warplanes, as reported by the same agency.
