Israeli Airstrike in Gaza Results in Civilian Casualties

Gaza: Two civilians were killed, and six others were injured on Monday afternoon in an Israeli shelling that targeted a group of people at the Abu Asi entrance, southwest of Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, medical sources confirmed that the strike hit a tent in Al-Ukhuwwa camp, leading to the deaths of two citizens who were subsequently transferred to Al-Awda Hospital in Al-Nuseirat. Six others sustained injuries, with some being in serious condition.

Medical sources further reported that since October 7, 2023, the toll from the Israeli aggression on Gaza has reached 72,280 killed and 172,014 injured, highlighting the ongoing crisis and humanitarian impact on the region.
