Israel Renews Airstrikes Across Gaza, Violating Ceasefire

Gaza: Israel continues ceasefire violations, renews airstrikes across the Strip. Two Palestinians were killed Tuesday morning by Israeli army fire in the al-Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City, in a continued violation of the ceasefire agreement. The attack coincided with renewed airstrikes and artillery shelling across various parts of the Gaza Strip.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, WAFA correspondents reported that Israeli warplanes launched airstrikes early Tuesday morning on the southern city of Rafah, accompanied by heavy gunfire from military vehicles. Israeli artillery shelled the eastern areas of Gaza City and Khan Younis, intensifying the situation in the region.

The Israeli navy also attacked Palestinian fishing boats with gunfire and shelling off the coast of Khan Younis, marking a significant escalation in military actions against Gaza’s coastal regions.

Since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on October 11, more than 1,850 Palestinians have been killed or wounded as a result of over 1,300 violations of the agreement committed by Israel. The continued hostilities have raised concerns over the stability of the ceasefire and the humanitarian situation in Gaza.
