Jerusalem: Israeli occupation authorities closed the Noor al-Quds schools and kindergartens in the Silwan neighborhood, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, on Sunday.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Jerusalem Governorate reported that the occupation authorities closed the Noor al-Quds schools and kindergartens in the Ras al-Amud area of Silwan. The closure was justified by claims that the schools were disturbing settlers. The authorities forced the students to transfer to other schools without informing their parents or obtaining their consent.
