Injuries Reported as Israeli Forces Raid Several Areas in Hebron


Hebron: A Palestinian young man was injured by live ammunition, and several others suffered from suffocation today during an Israeli military raid on the al-Fawwar refugee camp and the town of Dura, south of Hebron in the West Bank.



According to WAFA correspondent, Israeli forces stormed the camp, triggering confrontations with local residents. During the confrontations, Israeli soldiers fired live bullets, stun grenades, and toxic tear gas, leading to the injury of a young man with a gunshot wound to the foot. The injured individual was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Dozens of other civilians were affected by toxic gas inhalation and were treated on the spot.



In a related incident, Israeli forces also raided the town of Dura and the al-Arroub refugee camp, both located in the southern and northern parts of Hebron province, respectively. Local sources reported that the forces fired live bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas directly at citizens and their homes, resulting in several cases of suffocation from gas inhalation. The affected individuals received medical treatment on-site.
