Gaza Death Toll Rises to 73,456, with 174,496 Injured Since Start of Assault

Gaza: Medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported on Monday that the death toll from the Israeli assault on the Strip has increased to 73,456, with 174,496 people injured since the conflict began on October 7, 2023.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, hospitals in the Strip received two fatalities and 10 injured individuals over the past 24 hours. The total number of fatalities since the ceasefire was announced on October 11 last year has risen to 1,320, while the number of injured has reached 4,385. Additionally, 815 bodies have been recovered.

The sources noted that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and rescue teams remain unable to reach and recover them.
