Gaza: Medical sources announced today that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 70,373, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli offensive on October 7, 2023.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the number of injuries has climbed to 171,079 since the beginning of the offensive. A number of victims remain trapped under the rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue teams.
The sources indicated that in the past 24 hours, four slain people and ten wounded individuals were transported to Gaza Strip hospitals. Since the ceasefire agreement on October 11, 2023, the total number of fatalities and wounded has reached 383, while 1,002 others were injured, and 627 bodies were recovered.
