He explained that the department, within the framework of its work strategy for the next five years, will work to include the President’s generosity for Palestinian refugee students in diaspora camps, in addition to increasing the number of its beneficiaries by doubling its budget, out of its belief that true and sustainable development is based primarily on the development of human capital, which is the real wealth of our people.
