Death Toll in Gaza Strip Rises to 73,821 and Injuries to 174,897 Since Start of Aggression

Gaza strip: The death toll from the war of extermination waged by Israeli occupation forces on the Gaza Strip has risen to 73,821, with 174,897 others injured since October 7, 2023. Medical sources have reported an increase in casualties as the conflict continues to take a heavy toll on the region.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received five slain individuals, including two who succumbed to previously sustained wounds, and 28 new injury cases over the past 24 hours. This grim development underscores the ongoing humanitarian crisis affecting the area.

The sources indicated that the total number of fatalities since the ceasefire on October 11 has risen to 1,386, with 4,784 injuries recorded. Additionally, the total number of bodies recovered stands at 831. However, they noted that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and on the streets, as ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them.
