Death Toll in Gaza Reaches 44,835 as Israeli Forces Continue Operations

GAZA CITY: The death toll in the Gaza Strip has surged to 44,835, with over 106,356 individuals reported injured, as Israeli military operations continue in the region. Medical reports indicate that three significant attacks in the past 24 hours have resulted in the deaths of at least 30 Palestinians and injuries to 99 others.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the ongoing Israeli military actions have predominantly affected women and children. Emergency services face significant challenges in reaching casualties and recovering bodies due to ongoing hostilities and obstructions by Israeli forces. This has left many individuals trapped under debris or stranded on roads across the conflict-ridden area.

Despite international calls for a ceasefire, including appeals from the United Nations Security Council and directions from the International Court of Justice to prevent further genocide and address the severe humanitarian crisis, the Israeli military operations have shown no sign of aba
ting. The situation remains critical, with urgent humanitarian aid and intervention required to alleviate the suffering of those affected in Gaza.
