Ramallah: Israeli colonists, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, launched an attack on the town of Silwad and the village of Yabrud, located east of Ramallah, on Monday evening.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Silwad Mayor Raed Hamed stated that the colonists targeted the outskirts of the town, where they assaulted a man, his pregnant wife, and their son. The victims required medical attention and were transported to a hospital for treatment.
Security sources further reported that the colonists extended their attack to the village of Yabrud, where they stole 15 sheep owned by Suleiman Daoud and his son Alaa. During this assault, Israeli forces entered the village and deployed tear gas canisters. Despite the aggressive actions, no injuries were reported.
