Ramallah: Israeli colonists Monday attacked Palestinian civilians in the village of Burqa, east of Ramallah, and set fire to olive trees and a number of citizens' homes. Local sources reported that the assault involved dozens of armed colonists who infiltrated the village from three directions, targeting the Al-Hadab area, Wadi Al-Shami, and Al-Qibliya area. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the colonists set ablaze several areas of Palestinian lands and three homes. The attack escalated when the colonists gathered near the elementary school for boys, attempting to storm the building. The situation prompted urgent appeals from the residents, who called on civil defense teams and citizens from neighboring villages to help confront the attack and extinguish the fires.
