Gaza: Israeli colonists on Sunday evening attacked Palestinian citizens' homes in the town of Beita, south of Nablus, local sources reported. Sources said that a group of colonists attacked homes on the outskirts of the town, ransacking and damaging the contents of one home.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli colonists' vandalism in the occupied West Bank is routine and carried out with the full backing of the Israeli authorities, said the Israeli human rights group B'Tselem. B'Tselem said that colonist violence and vandalism take place with the full backing of the Israeli authorities. It noted that soldiers sometimes take part in the assaults, while at other times they stand by without intervening.
