GAZA: Eight civilians were killed today in an Israeli shelling of the town of Az-Zawayda in the central Gaza Strip. WAFA correspondent said that an occupation drone targeted a group of civilians near the electricity company in the Az-Zawayda area, resulting in the killing of eight people. Since the start of the occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip by land, sea and air on October 7, 2023, around 39,445 civilians, mostly children and women were killed and 91,073 others were injured. Thousands of victims are still buried under rubble and scattered on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense teams face tremendous difficulties in reaching them. Casualty data in Gaza are incomplete due to the ongoing intensive Israeli aggression, the repeated and complete interruption of communication and internet services, lack of fuel and devastated infrastructure, which render it difficult to document figures.
