Today, a 67-year-old citizen was killed and others sustained various injuries, as a result of a traffic accident that occurred on the bypass road west of Hebron.
Police media spokesman, Colonel Louay Arziqat, stated that the accident resulted from a collision between a number of vehicles near the Tarqumiya crossing, which led to a number of injuries. They were transferred to hospitals in the city of Hebron to receive treatment.
Arziqat added that doctors announced the death of one of the injured, who was seriously injured.
Irziqat confirmed that the Public Prosecution has been informed and that the traffic police will initiate an investigation into the accident to determine its causes
