Tubas:Jordan Valley Heavy rains on Tuesday evening caused damage to the homes and tents of Palestinians in several areas of the northern Jordan Valley. Local sources reported that the torrential rains affected the eastern strip of Tubas, particularly damaging tents and belongings in the Khirbet Makhoul and Khirbet Samra areas.
According to Palestine news & Information Agency – WAFA – English, the damage comes amidst ongoing Israeli occupation restrictions that prevent the construction of any Palestinian infrastructure. These restrictions hinder residents' ability to cope with natural conditions and disasters in the region.
