Hebron:Israeli occupation forces have continued their operations in the Jalda area of Hebron, reportedly assaulting civilians, including children and elderly individuals.
According to Palestine news & Information Agency – WAFA – English, the Israeli forces have reinforced their presence in the Jalda and Aqabat Tuffuh areas. They have been conducting searches in Palestinian homes and have assaulted residents who have not been displaced.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society has reported that elderly citizen Hijazi Shawar al-Tamimi sustained bruises and fractures to his foot after being beaten by Israeli forces. He was prevented from reaching his home and was subsequently transported to a hospital for treatment.
