Gaza City:Two Palestinians were killed, and several others sustained injuries during Israeli attacks on various locations throughout the Gaza Strip on Sunday.
According to Palestine news & Information Agency – WAFA – English, medical sources confirmed that two Palestinians lost their lives, and five were injured in an Israeli strike on the al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis, located in the southern Gaza Strip. Additional injuries were reported near Hamad Hospital, northwest of Gaza City, where an Israeli drone targeted a civilian gathering, leaving some in critical condition.
Furthermore, separate incidents involved injuries due to an Israeli drone strike on al-Rashid coastal road in the northern Gaza Strip. Since the conflict began on October 7, 2023, local health authorities report that at least 74,540 Palestinians have been killed and more than 175,500 injured. The death toll may increase as victims remain trapped under rubble in areas inaccessible to ambulance and rescue teams.
