Ramallah:The Central Committee of the Palestinian National Liberation Movement (Fatah) convened on Thursday to deliberate on the latest political and national developments affecting the Palestinian people. This meeting comes at a time when the Palestinian community is facing mounting challenges and difficult circumstances.
According to Palestine news & Information Agency – WAFA – English, the committee reiterated its dedication to the ongoing struggle for freedom and independence. This resolve is particularly critical in the face of escalating violence from the Israeli occupation against Palestinians, ongoing hardships in the Gaza Strip, and increasing attacks by Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
Additionally, the committee expressed gratitude towards foreign solidarity activists who have supported the Palestinian cause and stood in solidarity with Palestinians in conflict areas.
The meeting underscored the necessity of maintaining national dialogue and enhancing national unity. These efforts aim to consolidate national resources to address current challenges, protect the Palestinian national project, and strengthen national partnership based on adherence to Palestinian national principles and the overarching interests of the Palestinian people.
