Israeli Colonists Disrupt Olive Harvest in Hebron and Ramallah

Hebron:Israeli colonists on Sunday prevented Palestinian farmers from harvesting olives in the town of Idhna, west of Hebron, by attempting to assault them and steal their crops.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA – English, the colonists pursued farmers near the town, disrupting their efforts to continue the olive harvest. The western area of Idhna has faced daily harassment, including the burning of trees and crops, as part of an ongoing effort by colonists to seize more land and annex it to the nearby Adorim settlement.

In a separate incident near Ramallah, Israeli colonists stole olive crops from lands belonging to the village of Umm Safa. Local sources reported that the colonists raided agricultural land in the Wadi al-Zaytoun area, taking olives directly from the trees.
