Gaza City:A Palestinian man has died following injuries sustained in an Israeli bombardment in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, located northwest of Gaza City. The incident occurred last night and resulted in the death of Mahmoud al-Madhoun. In addition, five other Palestinians were injured in the attack as Israeli forces continued their operations across the Gaza Strip.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, Israeli forces engaged in extensive shelling, gunfire, and demolitions in various areas of the region. In the north, demolitions were carried out using an explosive-laden robot to destroy remaining Palestinian homes east of Gaza City. Similar tactics were employed in the eastern Shuja'iyya neighborhood, where two robots were detonated, and military vehicles fired in the direction of the Tuffah neighborhood. Artillery shelling targeted the eastern areas of Gaza City.
The explosions from the demolitions led to the partial collapse of a house in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood. In the central Gaza Strip, heavy weaponry was fired by Israeli military vehicles north of the Bureij refugee camp.
In the southern part of the Gaza Strip, Israeli naval vessels fired into the sea off Rafah, while helicopter gunfire targeted western parts of the city. Artillery fire also targeted tents sheltering displaced Palestinians in the al-Mawasi area, west of Rafah.
