Jericho:Israeli forces demolished a Palestinian house on Thursday in the village of al-Duyuk al-Tahta, located west of Jericho.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the demolition involved a two-story house in the al-Staih area, which belonged to Mohammad Abu Diab, a Palestinian resident.
Local sources reported that the demolition occurred just two days after Israeli colonists established a settlement outpost in the same vicinity. The al-Staih area has a history of demolitions and forced displacement, with incidents including the displacement of 15 families in February 2026.
